A quick scroll through what Phyllis can do

Model library audit

Show me which facility-plant models we already have, and which are missing manufacturer or lifecycle data.
ServiceNowSonnet 5 Low

Criticality matrix

Build a criticality risk matrix with five impact levels, five likelihood levels and score bands 1 to 25.
ServiceNowSonnet 5 Low

Model category

Show me what the out-of-the-box Facility model category governs before I load models.
ServiceNowSonnet 5 Low

Product model

Create a chiller model with its manufacturer, expected lifespan, and failure likelihood and impact.
ServiceNowSonnet 5 Low

Condition template

Build and publish a chiller condition-assessment template with sections, scored questions and response options.
ServiceNowSonnet 5 Low

Condition attribute

Define a condition check on that template with its weight, unit of measure and service frequency.
ServiceNowSonnet 5 Low

Service frequency

Create a quarterly service frequency so I can save condition checks.
ServiceNowSonnet 5 Low

Lifecycle scoring

Set up lifecycle scoring so chiller criticality rises as assets near end-of-life.
ServiceNowSonnet 5 Low

Calibration

Add a calibration check and tolerance points for the chiller's supply-water temperature sensor.
ServiceNowSonnet 5 Low

Normalisation

Show me which facility models the normalisation service doesn't recognise, and the licensing impact of opting in.
ServiceNowSonnet 5 Low

Health scan

Scan my EAM setup and flag any broken score bands, weights or templates.

Questions?

We’re glad you asked.

What does Phyllis actually set up in EAM, and what stays with my team?

Phyllis configures the foundations that make asset condition and risk work: your model library, the criticality and risk framework, lifecycle scoring, and the condition-assessment programme. She sets up the engine so it's ready to use.

The day-to-day work stays with your team — she doesn't create, move, score, or dispose of individual assets. Those runtime operations happen in your asset workspace, in your people's hands.

Do I need to install anything before Phyllis can help with EAM?

Yes. Enterprise Asset Management is a paid application, and it needs to be installed before a build can begin. Phyllis checks that it's in place first, so a plan never assumes a capability your instance doesn't have.

Will an EAM build fit the way our instance is already set up?

Yes. Phyllis reads what's actually configured today and builds around it, respecting the platform's own rules so nothing lands half-formed. You get a coherent condition and risk programme that works on your instance, not a generic template dropped on top.

Does anything ship without my approval?

No. Phyllis explores your instance, proposes a plan, and only makes changes after you approve. Everything is staged in a reviewable, reversible change set — nothing is created or altered until you say go.

How do I know her findings are real and not guessed?

Every finding is cited back to the record it came from in your own instance, not assumed from out-of-box defaults. She reads what you actually have — including empty lists and half-built frameworks — so the plan reflects your reality.
