Questions?

We’re glad you asked.

What can Phyllis actually build on the platform?

A complete custom application: its data, forms and layouts, list views, navigation, the rules and automation that make it behave, approval workflows, and the roles and access that keep it secure.

Everything lands inside its own app boundary, packaged so it can be exported, cloned, and promoted cleanly between environments.

Does she build things the supported, upgrade-safe way?

Yes. Phyllis favours configuration over custom code wherever the platform supports it, so what she builds stays maintainable and survives upgrades.

Automation is built to resolve cleanly when the app is cloned into another environment, rather than breaking on hardcoded assumptions.

Can she orchestrate approvals and integrations?

Yes. For anything beyond a simple rule she builds a proper workflow — triggers, actions, approvals and branching — and shows you a diagram of exactly what she wired.

For integrations she first checks what your instance is actually licensed for and works within that, so the plan never assumes tooling you don't have.

Does anything change without my approval?

No. Phyllis reads your instance, proposes a plan, and waits. Nothing is created until you approve.

Every artefact is packaged so you can review, promote, or roll it back cleanly.

How do I know her findings are real and not guessed?

Every finding is cited to your own live instance rather than assumed from defaults, so the plan reflects what you actually have today.

You see the evidence behind each recommendation before you approve a single change.
